Groups enjoy discounted admission and express entry, and you may choose to enhance your visit with a private docent-led tour. An expert docent will lead your group through one of the special exhibitions currently on view or through our world-class collection galleries.

Booking a group visit is easy! Simply fill out the online request form or contact group visits directly at [email protected].
If you are visiting with 10 or more people for a self-guided visit, you are considered a group and are entitled to reduced admission. Groups of any size who book a private tour also receive reduced admission.
We do our best to accommodate all last-minute reservations, but we ask that groups try to reserve their visits at least two weeks in advance.
Full payment is due one week prior to your visit date. We accept all major credit cards.
Unfortunately, deposits and prepaid group tickets are nonrefundable. Limited same-day walk-up ticketing may be available but is not guaranteed.
Groups should arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled start time of your docent-led tour. If your tour starts prior to the museum opening, we will open doors early just for you!
As soon as you know that your group may be late for your reservation, please notify [email protected] so that someone can notify your docent.
Yes! When you book a group visit, your admission is valid for the entire day. Please feel free to explore the galleries on your own before or after your tour. And be sure to allow enough time for a visit our museum boutique!
